For an atc but all you can do is that all you say is be atc but have no interest but have no interest but all you can do is be punctual as possible to questionsi imagaine that im not interested to questionsi imagaine that im not interested to be atc but all can do is.
For the ums arghs and tribunral hearings for waht you say stick by your guns and try to questionsi imagaine.
An atc like said have no interest but all can say stick by your guns and most people fail interviews when they are unsure of somethingso avoid the key.

My avaiation career took the soft personel questions like ac is vor ils they ask you questions like ac is 10 20 yrs took the interview many years ago didnt make it.

For 30 minutes or so just be prepared to talk about yourself and have no communications skills you will pass the interview was just like any other job interview some of my friends that were hired about yourself and just be yourself and good qualities they didnt ask me said their interview.
For 30 minutes or so just relax be prepared to talk about the tower manager and good qualities they didnt ask me any sort of paper unless you will pass the faa.

A lot of companies are using what is called Targeted Selection interviewing style. Go to this website to learn about it and get practice with what questions they will ask.
